Precision Health Consultation 

Starting at $2,500

The initial Precision Medicine Consultation is an in-person integrative health analysis with your precision medicine physician to assess and review your aging trajectory. Your body composition data and lab data/trends will be interpreted through the nuanced lens of your lifestyle, sleep, stress, relationships, environment, and your sense of purpose. We connect the dots of your health story to identify patterns, uncover root causes, and offer meaningful solutions. 

This extended visit includes:

  • Comprehensive labs completed before your visit

  • A precision review of your medical history

  • Detailed body composition analysis

  • Custom biomarker panel creation and testing

  • A personalized, collaborative review of results and next steps

    • Inflammation: hs-CRP, Albumin, Albumin:Globulin ratio, Creatine Kinase, Homocysteine, Omega levels, HOMA-IR, PSA (men), Uric Acid, AST, ALT

    • Glucose Metabolism: Glucose, Insulin, Hemoglobin A1C, 

    • Lipid Metabolism: LDLc, HDLc, Triglycerides, Total cholesterol, Apolipoprotein B, Lipoprotein(a)

    • Nutrients, Electrolytes and Vitamins: Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Bicarbonate, Calcium, Zinc, Copper, (RBC) Magnesium, Omega Levels, B12, Folate, ferritin, total protein,

Precision Follow up Options at time of Initial Consultation:

Following your comprehensive Initial Consultation, you’ll have the option to continue your care with Precision Medical through one of the following services:

  • Precision Membership: offered to select patient candidates, billed monthly ($400-$600 monthly based on case complexity)

    The pursuit of “optimal Health” is ELECTIVE and intentionally not “standard of care” medicine. You are only bound by your commitment and enthusiasm for collaborating with Dr. Johnson and Dr. Agarwal to actively trend and improve your precision biomarkers of health. You can opt-out at anytime: the practice membership is specifically designed to be based on mutually “at-will,” month-month, elective and collaborative relationship. These services are an ADJUNCT to those of a primary care physician who should provide annual physical examinations, immunizations, manage sick care visits and the care of chronic disease conditions.

    The benefits to Precision Medical Care membership include:

    • biomarker laboratory testing and trending with elective quarterly labs 

    • hormone replacement medical management with lab monitoring

    • office visits, In-body reports, phone calls, text messages, telehealth support

    • coordination of care with your physicians (with your consent)

    • precision prescription solutions with retail, compounding and speciality pharmacies

    • advanced triage and support of any urgent/emergent medical care needs

    • advanced testing options: early cancer detection, early Alzheimer's detection testing, genetics, imaging, etc

  • For non-membership patients seeking follow-up between three-six months from their initial consultation or most recent (in-office) appointment: follow up appointments with Dr. Johnson and Dr. Agarwal can be scheduled for $400 per follow up (telehealth or office visit) based on their availability. Based on the capacity of the practice, follow-up appointments for non-membership patients may not be available. It is advised that you schedule follow-up appointments 6-8 weeks in advance. Follow up labs (within six months of your most recent office appointment) can be billed to insurance. You are responsible for any/all lab charges that are not covered by insurance. For non-membership patients that seek follow up every 6-18 months, the fee for follow up is $1200, inclusive of a follow-up panel of comprehensive labs.

Precision Lab Panels is your data-driven path to optimal health, without the need for travel, and at a fraction of the cost. If you’re not ready for a full consultation or prefer a budget-friendly telehealth option, Precision Lab Panels provide a simple and customizable way to start understanding your health through data. This is our simple and efficient direct-to-consumer lab platform that lets you choose from evidence-based panels curated by our physicians, visit a local lab for testing, retrieve your results, and review them with your own physician or trusted provider.

  • No, Precision Medical Care is a self-pay, cash-based practice. We are not in-network with private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Our services are elective and go beyond the traditional standard of care.

    By choosing not to work with insurance, we’re able to dedicate more time and attention to you—without the limitations or delays that often come with insurance billing. We accept credit cards, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are a great option to maximize tax savings when applicable.

  • Yes, if you’re looking for a telehealth option, visit Precision Lab Panels. This simple and efficient direct-to-consumer platform allows you to access curated lab panels without needing to travel or commit to a full consultation.

  • We work with adults of all ages who are deeply committed to feeling and functioning their best. Many of our clients are busy professionals, parents, entrepreneurs, and high-performers who value proactive, personalized care.

    You do not need to live nearby to work with us. We support clients across the country through a mix of in-person visits and virtual care. Labs are coordinated with partner testing sites nationwide, and you’ll always have direct access to your physician through secure messaging, phone, or email.
